Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment
Because we filmed last year instead of doing a magazine cover I think we can avoid a lot of risks that people might take because they didn’t do a film last year. However there is still this that can go wrong when it comes to filming, as we found out last year.
We don’t have many risks with recording the video because Dale has his own video camera so I think that cuts down a lot of risks. But learning from last year we must make sure that when it come to editing the work we need to use the right software to be able to transfer it onto a DVD writer then eventually on DVD. Another risk that might happen is the location and weather we can get the location we want and if it will be available for when we want to record. Another technical risk we might have is that the camera that we are using doesn’t have a very good depth of field which is why we decided to change the location outside where the cameras depth is better than it is on the inside.
However working with Dale Luck, he seems to change his mind on what to do at the worst possible moments. For example on Friday he thought he would change the song about 4 weeks into the coursework which means we have to change most of the post. But the main reason for Dale to change the song was because we didn’t know if we could get the location we won’t and if we wanted to be happy with are work it would have to be right. So now we have to make sure that we choice a suitable location that we can get too regularly.
Also another risk that could happen is that are filming group may not be able to everyone at the same time, so for that reason we have to make a filming schedule then everyone can make room for that time.
